The brickwork to the corners add character to this extension.
Rendering the walls. This extension was built in 11 inch solid block-work and dry lined inside with thermal boards to meet building controls ‘U’ Values (insulation values).
Rehau windows were fitted all round
Upper wall supported with props while RSJ is fitted.
A cavity wall with brick face goes up on this extension.
The vertical damp course helps prevent moisture from the brickwork getting into the blocks.
