Shower Pump Installation
We installed an accessible twin impeller shower pump designed to significantly boost both hot and cold water pressure, ensuring a consistent and powerful showering experience. This upgrade enhances overall water flow performance, especially in gravity-fed systems, and is ideal for improving comfort in bathrooms with low water pressure. The front removable cover allows easy access for maintenance.

Flattening a Bay to Install a Double Radiator
As part of a recent heating upgrade, we modified a curved bay window wall to create a flat surface, allowing for the installation of a new double panel radiator. The original bay wall had a rounded profile, which made it unsuitable for mounting a straight radiator.
The customer did not want a custom-made curved radiator. To solve this, we constructed a flat stud framework across the bay area, which was then boarded, plastered, and finished with a shelf on top. The result is a flat, level surface that provides functional support.
Flattening the walls is an effective way to fit an off-the-shelf radiator in a round bay.

A Cost-Effective Alternative to Custom Curved Radiators
Flattening the bay wall offered a practical and affordable solution, avoiding the need for a custom-made curved radiator—which can be significantly more expensive and harder to source. Custom radiators not only come at a premium price but often involve longer lead times and limited design options.
By adapting the wall instead, we were able to fit a standard double panel radiator, which provides excellent heat output and is readily available off the shelf. This approach delivered a reasonable finish at a fraction of the cost, making it ideal for homeowners seeking value without compromising on performance.
